个体化护理对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响

目的:探讨个体化护理对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法:将2009年12月～2012年1月我院收治小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者202例随机分为对照组89例和观察组113例,对照组给予常规骨科护理,观察组给予个体化护理,干预4周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效;随访6个月,比较两组患者残存腰腿痛发生率和腰腿痛的复发情况。结果:观察组疗效、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),随访6个月,观察组残余腰痛、残余腿痛和复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理能够明显提高小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效,减少治疗后残余腰腿痛和复发的可能性,提高基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Effect on individual nursing in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by small-needle-knife therapy

Objective：To investigate the effect on individual health guidance in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by small -needle -knife therapy. Methods：From December 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital were small - needle -knife for the treatment of 202 cases patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group with 89 cases and observation group with 113 cases, control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group received individual nursing, 4 weeks after the intervention, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect, follew - up 6 months,compared two groups of patients with residual recurrence lumboerural pain and the incidence of low back pain. Results：The effect of the observation group,the qualified rate of basic nursing and patients satisfaction with nursing service were higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05） ,after 6 months of follow-up,the observation group residual low back pain,leg pain and residual recurrence rate were lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Individual nursing can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of small - needle - knife for the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce the possibility of residual low back pain and recurrence aider treatment,improve basic nursing qualified for nursing service rate and patient satisfaction.
