给药前病人身份识别缺陷的风险管理因素分析与对策

目的:探讨护理风险管理在降低给药前病人身份识别错误中的应用效果。方法:选择2010年5月～2012年6月在我科住院治疗的539例病人为研究对象,根据有无实施风险管理分为实施前218例和实施后321例,实施前给予常规护理,实施后总结病人身份识别风险种类,制定护理干预措施进行护理,比较两组病人身份识别缺陷率和病人对护理服务的满意度。结果:实施后病人给药前身份识别缺陷率(17.45%)明显低于实施前(47.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而实施后病人对护理服务的满意度均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理能够明显减少给药前病人身份识别缺陷率,提高病人对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推广。

Factors analysis and countermeasures of patients identification defects risk management administration

Objective：To explore the nursing risk management in reducing the application effect of drugs before the patient identification mistakes. Methods： Selected 539 patients hospitalized in our department from May 2010 to June 2012 as the research object, according to whether the implementation of risk management were divided into the before implementation of 218 patients and after the implementation of 321 cases,before the implementation of routine nursing,after the implementation of summary of patient identification risk category,formulation of nursing interventions for care,compared two groups of pa- tient identification rate of defect and the patients satisfaction with nursing service. Results： After the implementation of the patient before drug identification defect rate （ 17.45% ） was significantly lower than before （47.45%） ,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05） ,and the patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing service after implementation were significantly higher than before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion; Nursing risk management can significantly reduce before administration of patient identification defect rate,improve patient satisfaction with nursing service,it is worthy of further promotion.
