中医外治法治疗糖尿病足的疗效分析

目的:探讨中医外治法治疗糖尿病足的临床效果及护理方法。方法:将110例糖尿病溃疡患者随机分为对照组(n=54)和试验组(n=56),对照组采用外科清创后0.5%聚维酮碘浸泡联合胰岛素湿敷,试验组外科清创后采用点穴联合疮灵液湿敷。结果:试验组治愈率与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均创面愈合时间小于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医外治法治疗糖尿病足,疗程短,治疗费用少。

Analysis the effect in treating diabetic feet of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective：To study the clinical effect and nursing methods of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in sealing diabetes feet. Methods： 110 cases of diabetic ulcer were randomly divided into the matched group（ n = 54） and experimental treatment group （n = 56）. The moxibustion combined with the Chuanglingye was carried out in the experimental treatment group,while the control group was treated with povidone- iodinecombineding with the insulin. Results ：The cure rate of experimental group compared with the control group had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05） ,the average wound healing time was less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,hospital costs less than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The therapy of diabetes mel]itus of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine foot. shorten treatment period, treatment cost is less.
