首次精神科住院大学生父母心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解首次精神科住院大学生父母的心理健康状况。方法采用临床心理评定量表（LES、SSRS、SCL-90）测定78例首次精神科住院大学生父母遭遇的生活事件、社会支持、心身健康状况，与同期住院的首次非精神科住院大学生父母和健康大学生父母各40例相比较。结果首次精神科住院大学生父母组经历的生活事件总频数及紧张值、负性生活事件频数显著较多，社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分、支持利用度显著较低，SCL-90各项指标除恐怖、敌对因子外，其他因子分增高，且均具有显著性。结论首次精神科住院大学生父母的心理健康状况不佳，精神科的健康教育不仅包括患者，还应针对患者父母的心理状况采取积极的社会心理干预措施。

Survey and analyze on mental health of parents of college students in psychiatry department first time

Objectlve Understanding situation of the mental health of parents of college students in psychiatry department first time. Method The psychological factors in 78 parents of college students in psychiatry department first time with genital neoplasms were presented by LES, SSRS and Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90）. The results were compared with those of 40 parents of college students in nonpsyehiatry department first time and 40 parents of normal college students. Results The frequency of total life events and negative life events, the stress of total lifeevents and nega - tire life events, were much higherthan those of controls （P 〈 0. 05）. The score of social supportwere much lower than those of controls. Each factor of SCL - 90 except phobia and obsessive showed higherthan that of controls. Condusion Mental health of parents of college students in psychiatry department first time was optimist. The psychiatric health education includes not only the patients should also include family members of patients. We should adopt a positive psychosocial interventions for parents of patients with psychological conditions.
