微波真空干燥中药清膏的工艺研究

目的:通过对中药材浓缩清膏的微波真空干燥,探索最佳干燥工艺。方法:对乌梅及痔炎消胶囊方中单味药材及中药复方药物的提取浓缩清膏采用微波真空干燥。结果:最佳微波干燥工艺为:清膏相对密度为1.35(60℃),微波加热温度60℃-70℃,微波加热时间60 min。结论:微波真空干燥具有干燥时间短,温度低,不易破坏有效成分等优点,如果能实现干燥过程各参数智能化控制,那么将推动中药提取物干燥工艺的巨大发展。

Microwave vacuum drying process of traditional Chinese medicine.Clear cream

Objective:In order to search out the best drying method,this paper analysed the extracted and concentrated Clean Cream in Ebony and Hemorrhoid inflammation Capsule by utilizing the means of microwave vacuum drying.The result of the experiment reveals that the best drying method is to keep the relative density of the Clean Cream at 1.35,microwave heating temperature between 60 ℃-70 ℃ within 60minutes,beacause this method has been proved to take less time,demand lower temperature,prevent the active ingredients from being damaged and will greatly promote the Chinese extract drying when various parameters are digitally controlled.
