| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹手术治疗贲门癌的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析55例经腹手术治疗贲门癌患者的临床资料.结果 手术根治率、围术期死亡率和呼吸道并发症发生率分别为69.1%、0%和7.3%.结论 经腹食管胃吻合术既能切除足够的食管和扩大淋巴结的清除范围,又可减少肺部并发症的发生,对高龄或心肺功能不全患者是一种合适的手术方式.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of transabdominal surgery for cardiac cancer.Methods The clinical data of the 55 patients with cardiac carcinoma treated by transabdominal surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results The eradication rate,the perioperative death rate and the incidence of respiratory complications were 69.1%,0%,7.3%,respectively.Conclusion The transabdominal surgery can exsect long enough esophagus,enlarge the area of lymphadenectomy,and reduce the incidence of respiratory complications.The transabdominal surgery can be an eligible surgery method for the elderly patients and the patients with pulmonary incompetence. |
