益气活血颗粒联合单重血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎30例临床观察

目的：观察益气活血颗粒联合单重血浆置换治疗慢性重型肝炎的疗效。方法：60例慢性重型肝炎随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组采用基础治疗联合单重血浆置换治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用益气活血颗粒治疗，1月后观察疗效及肝功能、胆碱脂酶（CHE）、凝血酶原时间（PT）等指标。结果：两组患者症状均有不同程度改善，治疗组TBIL、ALT、PT下降明显，与对照组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）；CHE升高，但无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；消退黄疸、缩短凝血酶原时间、提高胆红素平均清除率、降低胆红素反弹等方面，与对照组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）；临床好转率（73．33％）亦优于对照组（56．67％）。结论：益气活血颗粒联合单重血浆置换为治疗慢性重型肝炎有效手段之一，可提高临床疗效，安全性良好。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Chronic Severe Hepatitis Treated by Yiqi Huoxue Granule Along with Single Plasmapheresis

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Granule along with single plasmapheresis in treating severe chronic hepatitis. Methods： 60 cases of chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into control group （30 cases） and treat- ment group（30 cases）. The control group was given basic treatment along with single plasmapheresis. Based on the treatment of control group, 30 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were treated by Yiqi Huoxue Granule. The liver function, CHE and PT were observed one month later. Results ： The elinieal symptoms of two groups improved to various degrees, TBIL, ALT, PT of the treatment group decreased significantly, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; CHE increased, but there was no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; there was a significant difference compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） in jaundice subsidence, shortening of prothrombin time, the increase of average bilirubin clearance rate and the decrease of bilirubin rebound; the clinical improvement rate （73.33%） of treatment group is better than that of the control group （56.67%）. Conelusion： Yiqi Huoxue Granule along with single plasmapheresis is an effective means in treating chronic severe hepatitis, with a high therapeutic effect and sound security.
