中国红参与朝鲜红参药理作用的比较——1.对血清及肾上腺皮质酮的影响与作用机理

摘    要:鉴别中国红参与朝鲜红参药理性质和作用强度有无区别,用荧光分光光度计测定大白鼠血清与肾上腺皮质酮含量,中国红参及朝鲜红参皆有促使大鼠垂体-肾上腺皮质系统功能增强的作用。两者的总提取物或总皂甙在药理作用强度上均无显著差异。摘除垂体实验表明,人参的作用部位在于垂体或其以上部位。侧脑室给药证明人参可直接作用脑中枢,从而引起肾上腺内皮质酮含量增多,血清内皮质酮含量升高。

Abstract:The total extract and saponin from radix of Chinese red ginseng (CRG) andKorean red ginseng (KRG) were studied in rats by determinating the levels ofcorticosterone in serum and adrenal with a spectrofluorimeter. It was found that boththe extract and saponin stimulated the hypophyseal-adrenocortical system but thepharmacological effects were not significant in the difference between CRG andKRG. The effect of ginseng saponin was different from that of histamine whichonly accelerated the release but not the synthesis in adrenal. Ginseng saponin didnot exert any effect on the adrenal cortex in hypophysectomized rats. When gin-seng saponin was microinjected intracerebro-ventriularly to intact rats, serum cor-ticosterone rose dramaticly; it exhibited a highly activating action on the brain.Thus, the higher centre of the brain may be considered as the site of action ofginseng saponin.
