| 摘 要： | 总结了邢向晖副教授临床治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的经验.邢老师认为,小儿过敏性紫癜的病因除风热伤络、血热妄行、脾虚失统之外,还与湿邪、情志因素、瘀血密切相关.故在治疗上分别采用利湿祛邪、调肝理脾、活血化瘀之法,取得了显著疗效.

| Abstract: | Summarized Xing Xinghui's experience on treating pediatric allergic purpura. Professor Xing Xianghui thought the pathogenic factors of pediatric allergic purpura except for wind-heat invading collateral branch of the large channel, bleeding due to blood-heat, dysfunction of the spleen in governs the blood, it was closely related with damp-evil, emotion, blood stasis. So removing dampness by diuresis, regulating the funtion of the liver and spleen, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were adopted separately in clinic, which obtained remarkable curative effect. |
