超声在颈部淋巴结良恶性鉴别中的研究进展

颈部淋巴结肿大涉及多种疾病，对于肿瘤患者，明确是否具有颈部淋巴结转移，对于治疗方案的选择至关重要。超声检查具有安全方便、经济快捷、可重复性好等优点，随着超声造影、弹性成像技术及超声引导下穿刺活检技术的发展与普及，超声在颈部淋巴结良恶性鉴别中的应用价值日益提高。

Research progress of ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes

The enlargement of cervical lymph nodes is frequently involved in various benign and malignant diseases. Whether or not have cervical lymph nodes metastasis is essential in patients with tumors because it helps in selection of therapeutic strategy .As the advantage of safety , convenience, cost-efficient and good repeatability, ultrasound improves day by day in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node with the development and popularization of contrast-enhanced ultrasound ,ultrasound elastography as well as ultrasound-guided biopsy.
