腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术的围手术期护理

目的探讨腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟斜疝高位结扎的护理措施,总结经验。方法回顾性分析对68例行腹腔镜手术患儿实施术前教育及准备,术后指导和护理。结果68例病例均无并发症出现,术后恢复良好,治愈率100%。结论对腹腔镜手术患儿术前做好健康教育、心理护理、做好皮肤和胃肠道等准备,术后密切观察病情,做好呼吸道、伤口护理,注意保暖和安全,并给予术后指导,可为该手术的成功提供优质护理服务。

Peri-operative nursing for laparoscopic high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in children

Objective To explore the nursing measures for laparoscopic high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods The experiences of preoperative education and preparation, postoperative direction and nursing for 68 indirect inguinal hernias in children underwent laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively reviewed. Results All the 68 cases healed smoothly and had no complications. The cure rate was 100%. Conclusions Correct and effective peri-operative nursing measures are very important to the success of laparoscopic high ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in children, such as perfect health education, mental nursing, skin and GIT preparation and so on before the operation; close observation of disease condition, energetic respiratory tract and wound nursing, paying attention to warm and safe, and instruction after the operation.
