| Abstract: | While chromosomes are prepared with Ethidum Bromide, the chromosomesare extremly elongated and their handing patterns showed much finer details.The chromosomes with more than 400 hands are about 40-50% of all mitoticcells. The chromosomes are well-spreading. This technique is simple, stableand ideal for obtaining High resolutional chromesome. We propose using thismethod. |
