| 摘 要： | 本文对１４例脊髓拴系综合征（７例经手术证实）的ＭＲＩ和临床表现进行了分析。１４５例中１０例有膀胱、直肠功能障碍，占７１．４％，而一肢感觉和运动功能障碍者仅占１４．２％，在脊髓拴系的合并病变中，以神经管闭合不全和脂肪瘤居多，占７１．４％。在７１例经手术证实的病例中，其手术所见与ＭＲＩ表现符合，符合率达到１００％，证明ＭＲＩ对一种快速、可靠、无损伤的诊断方法。笔者认为，在Ｘ线平片显示有骶椎型的同时，如

| Abstract: | MR and clincal findings of 14 patients with tethered spinal cord syndrome (TCS) , 7 of which confirmed by operation, were analysed. 10 of them had bladder and rectum dysfunction (4.4%) and only 2 had lower extremities sence and motion dysfunction (14.2% ) . As to associated lesions of TCS dysrhaphia and lipomas were in predomint (71.4% ). Position of spinal cone of 14 cases were low down at the level of vertebra S1- 4. In 7 postoperative cases, the operative manifestations had good correlation with MR findings (almost 100% ) , it is suggested that MR is a rapid, reliable, non - invasive diagnostic method for TCS. If sacrum rictus was seen on radiogram with urinary bladder and rectum dysfunction, TCS should be strongly suspected. |
