90株厌氧菌的体外抗菌素敏感性测定

本文以微量稀释法检测厌氧菌的体外抗菌素敏感性，共检测９０株厌氧菌对６种抗菌素的ＭＩＣ值，结果显示：亚胺配能、头孢西丁、甲硝唑和替硝唑有很好的抗厌氧菌活性，氯林可霉素和妥苏沙星有中等水平的抗厌氧菌活性。厌氧菌的耐药率亚胺配能为３３％，头孢西丁为５５％，甲硝唑和替硝唑均为６７％，氯林可霉素为３３４％，妥苏沙星为４２％。

Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing of 90 Strains Anaerobic Bacteria

The antimicrobial suceptibility of the clinical isolates of anaerobic baeteria was defected using microdilution method.The MIC value of six kinds of antibiotics in 90 strains anaerobic bacteria isolates were fested.The results show that:Imipenem.Cefoxifin,Metronidazdle and Tinidazole have very good antibacterical activity,while clindamycin and Tosufloxacin have middle level of antibacterial activity.The antibacterial resistance rate are :3.3% for imipenem,5.5% for cefoxitin,6.6% for Metronidazole,6.6% for Tinidazole,33.4% for Clindamycin and 42% for Tosufloxacin.
