摘    要:Ezrin是ERM(ezrin-radixin-moesin)蛋白家族成员之一,是膜细胞骨架连接蛋白,由585个氨基酸组成。在细胞内Ezrin单体多以静止状态存在,Thr-567位点磷酸化及二磷酸磷脂酰肌醇(PIP2)与Ezrin N端相连与其激活有关。Ezrin连接膜蛋白(如CD44、c-Met、E-Cadherin、ICAM-1和ICAM-2等)与肌动蛋白细胞骨架,这种连接不但是结构上的,而且是功能上的。通过介导膜与细胞骨架的连接,Ezrin调节胞形态形成、运动、黏附以及细胞信号转导等多项细胞活动,而这些细胞活动与肿瘤的发生、发展及浸润转移等密切相关。Ezrin在多种肿瘤中表达增高,并促进肿瘤转移。Ezrin可能与妇科恶性肿瘤病程进展密切相关,但相关研究较少.

Abstract:Ezrin,a member of the ERM(Ezrin-Radixin-Moesin) proteins family,is a membrane-cytoseletal linking protein,consisting of 585 amino acids.Inside the cells,most of ezrin monomers are inactive and phosphorylation of their 567th threonine residues and PIP2 binding to their N-terminal domains are related to their activation.Membrane proteins such as CD44,c-Met,E-Cadherin,ICAM-1 and ICAM-2 are linked to actin cytoskeleton by ezrin,and this linkage is not only structural but also functional.Ezrin regulates many cell activities such as morphogenesis,moltility,adhesion and signal transduction of cells,which are closely correlated with tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis of malignant tumors.Increased ezrin expression is found in many malignant tumors and it may contribute to tumor metastasis.Expression of ezrin may closely related to the progress of gynecological malignant tumor,but less research has been carried out.
