| 摘 要： | 目的 总结15例NSTEM1的诊断体会，以提高诊断的正确性。方法 对15例NSTEM1患者临床表表、心电图改变、心肌损伤标记物测定、冠脉造影等资料分析；结果 15／15例出现缺血性胸痛、13／15例心电图呈缺血性ST-T动态改变、心肌损伤标记物均明显升高；冠脉造影示狭窄面积≥90％达占12／15例。结论 缺血性胸痛、缺血性ST-T动态改变、心肌损伤标记物升高为NSTEMI诊断根据；冠脉造影了解相关动脉病变及程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To conclude the diagnostic experience in NSTEMI in15cases for fear that to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods It was analyzed in clinical findings,changes in ECG,measurement of tagging in myocardial injure and dates of coronary angiography in15cases of NSTEMI.Results There were ischemic pain in the chest in15/15.Ischemic changes appeared in dynamic ST-T segment of ECG in13/15.The tagging increased evidently in myocardial injure.The Stenosis was more than90%in coronary artery in12/15.Con clu-sions the diagnostic bases contain ischemic pain in the chest,ischemic dynamic changes in ST-T segment and elevation in tagging of myocardial injure.Coronary angiography can indicate its relative lesion and degree. |
