| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察变应性鼻炎 (AR)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF-α)、一氧化氮 (NO)变化 ,探讨其免疫机制。方法 :分别用 Griese法、酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)法对健康对照组、AR患者组的血清 TNFα、NO进行测定 ,并进行相关性分析。结果 :AR患者组血清 TNFα和 NO水平明显高于健康对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,且 AR患者组血清 TNFα和 NO水平呈显著正相关 (r=0 .6 3,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :TNFα和 NO水平升高可能是引起 AR发生发展的重要的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the level of serum TNF α and NO in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) and to investigate its immunologic mechanism.Methods The concentration of serum TNF α and NO in 40 patients with AR and 30 normal volunteers were detected with ELISA method.Results The levels of serum TNF α and NO in AR group was significantly higher than that in normal control group(P<0.01).And serum TNF α level positively correlated with serum NO level(r=0.63,P<0.01).Conclusion There is relationship between the level of TNF α and NO in AR. It suggests that the TNF α and NO may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AR. |
