宫颈上皮内瘤变和宫颈癌组织中Survivin与Bcl-2的表达及相关性

目的：研究Survivin、Bcl-2在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达,探讨两者在宫颈癌发病机制中的作用。方法：采用原位杂交法检测宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和宫颈癌中Survivin基因的表达,以正常宫颈组织为对照。同时采用免疫组织化学法检测Bcl-2蛋白在各组中的表达。结果：Survivin mRNA的阳性率在宫颈癌、CIN和正常宫颈组织中分别为77.8%、44.6%和0%,Bcl-2蛋白在三者中的阳性表达率分别为70.4%、39.2%和0,两者差异均有显著性。Survivin及Bcl-2阳性表达在CINⅢ级中明显高于CIN I/Ⅱ级,在宫颈癌Ⅱb～Ⅲ期中显著高于Ⅰ～Ⅱa期,在低分化组中显著高于高、中分化组。在淋巴结转移组中Survivin的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移组。在宫颈癌中Survivin与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关。结论：Survivin和Bcl-2的异常表达可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展过程,可能有协同促进抗凋亡作用,并提示与肿瘤的恶性程度和不良预后有关。

Expression and correlation between Survivin and Bcl-2 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma
