| 摘 要： | 本文介绍Brindley膀胱刺激器及其重建脊髓损伤后膀胱功能的疗效。Brindley膀胱刺激器由植入部分和体外部分组成。Brindley技术可以使病人自主控制排尿,解除膀胱痉挛使膀胱容量扩大,残余尿量、尿路感染及自主神经功能障碍症状减少,输尿管上段扩张恢复,大便时间比手术前明显减少。

| Abstract: | To introduce of Brindley's bladder stumilator and the effects of this technique for the treatment of bladder dysfunction in spinal injury patient. Brindley's bladder stumilator is composed by two parts: the implan and the control part. Brindley's technique could help patient for controlling evacuation of urine, increasing the capacity of his bladder, decreasing residual volumes, urinary tract infection and autonomic dysreflexia. The dilatation of the upper urinary tract improved to normal. The time of defecation reduced by used the system |
