目标教育应用于产妇健康教育的效果评价

目的探索有效的健康教育方式,提高母乳喂养率,促进母婴健康。方法将352例初产妇随机分为目标组(180例)和常规组(172例)。常规组进行常规健康教育;目标组制订具体的健康教育目标,按目标实施健康教育,并进行形成性测试、反馈矫正和评价总结。比较两组健康教育效果。结果目标组母乳喂养率、健康教育达标程度、主动提问率均显著高于常规组(均P<0.01),产妇乳头皲裂、胀痛发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05),新生儿体重回升时间显著早于常规组(P<0.05)。结论目标教育是一种切实可行、有效的健康教育方式,对产妇及新生儿具有十分重要的意义。

Effect Evaluation of the Goal-oriented Education in Parturient

Objective To explore the effective method of health education in order to improve the rate of breastfeeding and promote the mother-infant's health. Methods Three hundred and fifty-two cases of first-time mothers were randomly divided into goal-oriented group (n=180) and routine group (n=172). Specific goals of health education were set for the goals-oriented group and the education was implemented according to the goals. The women in the routine group received regular health education. The results were compared between the two groups. Results The results in rates of breastfeeding and active questions-raising, the achievement on the goals of the health education in the goal-oriented group were all significantly higher than those of routine group (all P<0.01). The incidences of cracked nipple and painful engorgement in the goals-oriented group were significantly lower than those of routine group (P<0.05). The time of weight gain in their neonates in the goal-oriented group was significantly faster than that of routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion The goals-oriented education is an effective and feasible approach of health education, which benefit both mothers and their newborns.
