耐信三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床研究

目的：探讨耐信三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的的临床疗效.方法：将我科收治的90例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组采用耐信、羟氨苄青霉素及克拉霉素三联疗法进行治疗;对照组则采用奥美拉唑、羟氨苄青霉素和克拉霉素进行治疗,疗程为2w,治疗后比较两组的临床疗效.结果：观察组总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对组（77.8%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后24h、48h pH升高情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义;观察组幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率亦明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论：耐信治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血疗效显著,能迅速升高胃液pH值,增强抗生素对Hp的根除作用,适合临床上推广应用.

The Clinical Study of Nexium in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of nexium in treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods：90 patients of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our department were randomly divided into the observation group（45 cases） and the control group（45 cases）. The observation group was given Nexium, amoxicillin and clarithromyein~the control group were given ranitidine,amoxicillin and clarithromycin. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after two weeks. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group （97.8~） was higher than the control group（77.8%） ,the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05） ;the change of Gastric pH in the observation group after 24h,48h was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05） the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The clinical efficacy of nexium in treatment of peptic ulcer with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is better. It can increase pH of gastric juice rapidly. enhance the role of antibiotics on the eradication of Hp and it is worth to promote clinically.
