消化性溃疡胃镜表现与中医证型的相关性研究分析

目的：探讨消化性溃疡患者胃镜下表现与中医证型之间的相关性.方法：对我院收治的80例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料进行分析.结果：活动期多见于脾胃湿热证（60.7%）,愈合期多见于肝胃不和证（62.5%）,疤痕期多见于胃阴不足证（30.0%）;脾胃湿热证多表现为糜烂、充血及水肿;脾胃虚弱证多见苍白、糜烂及出血;肝胃不和证多见充血、水肿及糜烂;胃阴不足证多见苍白、充血及水肿.结论：消化性溃疡患者的胃镜表现与其中医证型之间具有密切关联.

Peptic ulcer gastroscopy manifestations and syndromes of TCM analysis

Objective：To evaluate the performance of gastroscopy in patients with peptic ulcer syndromes correlation. Methods：80 cases of peptic ulcer patients with clinical data for analysis. Results： More common in the spleen of active cards（60. 7%）, healing is not common in the liver and stom- ach and permits（62.5% ）, scarring period common in stomach yin deficiency syndrome（30.0 %） ; spleen permit more performance for the erosion, con- gestion and edema the spleen and stomach permit more common pale, erosion and bleeding; and evidence of liver and stomach are not common congestion, edema and erosion;lack of evidence for the more common pale shade, hyperemia and edema. Conclusions：The performance of gastroscopy in pa- tients with peptic ulcer syndromes between closely related.
