扳牵手法对腰椎间盘突出的疗效研究

目的：观察扳牵手法治疗腰椎键盘突出症的临床效果.方法：选取2009年5月-2010年5月在我科治疗的腰椎键盘突出症患者120例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例,研究组采用扳牵手法治疗,每天一次,观察2周,对照组经患者同意采用手术治疗,观察2周,对比临床疗效,疼痛评分两组均观察1年后复发率.结果：研究组总有效率,疼痛评分明显高于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：扳牵手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,易于被患者接受.

Pull pull manipulation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation curative effect research

Objective：To observe the pull pull technique in treatment ot lumbar protrusion ot the clinical etteet ot keyboard. Methods： We selected in our department treatment lumbar keyboard herniation in 120 cases in 2009 May -- 2010 May, they were randomly divided into study group and control group, the study group using pull pull technique treatment,once a day, observed for 2 weeks, the control group by operation treatment, was observed for 2 weeks. Results：The study group total effective rate,length of hospital stay,1 years after the recurrence rate is significantly higher than that in the control group,P ~ 0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The wrench traction manipulation treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation curative effect remarkable, shortened hospitalization, 1 years after the recurrence rate is low and easy to he accepted by patients.
