| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果.方法：选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组给予口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖、柳氮磺吡啶治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上加中药治疗.结果：观察组的显效率和有效率优于对照组（P均〈0.01）.结论：中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎优于单纯西药治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect. Methods：The patients with knee osteoarthritis in 120 cases, were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with oral methotrexate, sul fasalazine treatment, the observation group in western medicine treatment based on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Results：The obscrva tion group effectiveness and efficiency is better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The combination of Chinese traditional and West ern medicine in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee is superior to that of simple western medicine treatment. |
