依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9表达的影响

目的：探讨依达拉奉对急性脑梗死的疗效以及对脑梗死患者MMP-9的影响.方法：将118例急性脑梗死患者按随机对照双盲法分为两组.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉治疗.观察两组的疗效、不良反应及两组患者治疗前后MMP-9的变化.结果：观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.治疗后14天,两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分继续降低,较治疗前及治疗7天后降低更明显,且观察组较对照组降低更明显（P〈0.05）.治疗后两组MMP-9均下降,且观察组较对照组降低更明显（P〈0.05）.结论：依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者疗效好,并可以降低MMP-9的水平,且不良反应少,值得临床进一步推广应用.

Edaravone on acute cerebral infarction serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression

Objective：To investigate the edaravone on acute cerebral infarction and cerebral infarction in patients with serum matrix metalloprotei- nase 9 （MMP-9） impact. Methods; 118 cases acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups controlled double--blind method. Con- trol group received conventional treatment,observation group were treated with edaravone treatment. Results： The total effective observation group was significantly higher （P d0.05）. 14 days after treatment,two groups of patients with neurological deficit scores continued to decrease,compared with before treatment and 7 days after the reduction is more obvious,and the observation group were decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the MMP-9 decreased, and the observation group were decreased more significantly （P 〈0.05）. Condusion：Edaravone for acute cerebral infarction is effective and can reduce the level of MMP-9, and adverse reactions,is worthy of further application.
