肾素血管紧张素系统和心房颤动

摘    要:肾素 血管紧张素系统 (RAS)是机体重要的神经内分泌系统之一 ,对机体血压和体液、电解质平衡起重要调节作用。近年来的研究表明 ,RAS和心房颤动有关。在房颤动物模型和房颤患者都发现了RAS激活证据 ,RAS激活后通过多种机制影响心房结构和电生理特性 ,从而影响房颤的发生和维持 ,采取不同措施干预RAS已取得了有益作用 ,本文将对上述内容做一综述。

Abstract:Renin-angiotensin system(RAS) is one of the important neuroendocrine systems of body,plays important role in the regulation of blood pressure,equilibration of body fluid and electrolure.Recent studies indicate that RAS is related to atrial fibrillation.Evidences of the activation of RAS were detected in animal model of atrial fibrillation and patients with atrial fibrillation.After being activated,RAS can affect the structure and electrophysiological characteristics of atrium through multiple mechanisms,thus affect the initiation and perpetuation of atrial fibrillation,beneficial effects have been achieved by different measure of intervention for RAS.This review focuses on the above issues.
