泌尿生殖道感染者支原体和衣原体联合检测与分析

目的探讨解脲支原体(Uu)和沙眼衣原体(CT)感染与泌尿生殖道炎症之间的关系,了解感染人群中性别、年龄的分布及支原体耐药谱。方法分别采用支原体培养、金标法对849例患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行Uu培养及CT检测。结果 849例患者中Uu培养阳性者337例,阳性率39.69%,女性阳性率为52.88%(239/452),显著高于男性阳性率24.69%(98/397),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CT检测阳性者118例,阳性率13.90%;Uu与CT混合感染者40例,阳性率4.71%。支原体、衣原体感染以中青年(21～40岁)为主,占阳性患者的67.07%。64.99%(219/337)的患者有不同程度耐药。对支原体敏感的药物有交沙霉素、克拉霉素。结论 Uu、CT感染与泌尿生殖道炎症发生有密切关系,监测支原体的耐药性对指导临床治疗具有重要意义,通过对Uu和CT感染进行筛查和治疗,可降低泌尿生殖道感染的发生。

The combined detection and comprehensive analysis of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia Trachomatis in urogenital tract infection
