两种便血检测方法比较

目的评价转铁蛋白/血红蛋白双联便隐血检测方法的临床应用价值。方法比较联合免疫法与化学法检测198例临床疾病患者大便隐血的阳性检出率,其中包括76例阴性病例、78例上消化道出血病例和44例下消化道出血病例。结果化学法对人和动物的血红蛋白均发生反应,常出现假阳性;联合免疫法只对人的血红蛋白、转铁蛋白发生抗原抗体反应,从而进一步提高了阳性检出率。对于76例阴性病例、78例上消化道出血和44例下消化道出血病例,化学法检出阳性74、44、22例,联合免疫法检出阳性76、76、42例。结论联合免疫法灵敏度高,同时测定血红蛋白和转铁蛋白可提高消化道出血及大肠肿瘤检出率。
