| 摘 要： | 目的应用两种不同型号的自动红细胞沉降仪(DRAGONMEN2010,DR-2010和MONITOR-20,MO-20)与经典的魏氏法同时测定红细胞沉降率(ESR),评价DR-2010和MO-20自动红细胞沉降仪测定ESR的可靠性和稳定性。方法随机抽取门诊104例患者,抽取患者静脉血分别注入3种红细胞沉降真空试管内,应用DR-2010和MO-20红细胞沉降仪与经典的魏氏法同时测定ESR,并对数据进行统计学分析与比较。结果 DR-2010和MO-20自动红细胞沉降仪检测ESR的结果分别为(28.03±27.59)mm/h和(27.70±29.52)mm/h,与经典魏氏法(32.25±30.06)mm/h]相比较,结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),相关性较好。结论自动红细胞沉降仪检测时间短,时间、温度、湿度自动补偿修正,影响因素较少,能够更好地满足临床与患者的需要。
