| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对喉癌患者焦虑、抑郁和生活质量的影响。方法对48例喉癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各24例,观察组采用系统化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较观察两组护理前、后焦虑、抑郁及生活质量。结果观察组护理后不论是焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分,还是躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能和生活质量评分,较护理前均明显改善,但对照组护理前、后差异无统计学意义;而且观察组在护理后焦虑、抑郁症状和生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉癌患者采用护理干预,能明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,可大大提高喉癌患者的生活质量,患者能以积极态度面对现实、配合治疗,并且无护理并发症发生。
