| 摘 要： | 目的探讨由胃酸反流引起慢性咳嗽的临床特点,并观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选择94例反流性慢性咳嗽的患者,奥美拉唑20毫克/次,2次/天,莫沙比利10毫克/次,3次/天,治疗6周。并予治疗前、后复查胃镜。结果咳嗽完全控制61例,部分控制27例,有效率93.6%。结论胃食管反流性咳嗽是慢性咳嗽的常见原因,奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性咳嗽有明显的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical features of gastroesophageal reflux cough and to investigate the curative effect of gastroesophageal reflux cough treated by omeprazole combined with mosapride.Methods 94 cases of gastroesophageal reflux cough were treated by omeprazole 10 mg per time,associated with mosapride,20 mg per time,for 6 weeks and reviewed endoscopy before and after treatment.Results Cough was completely controlled in 61 cases,and in 27 cases was partially controlled,and the effective rate was 93.... |
