| 摘 要： | 目的研究青年肝静脉型布加综合征(BCS)患者血浆维生素B12、叶酸与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法青年肝静脉型BCS患者60例,同期健康对照组60例,均留取空腹肘静脉血,BCS患者介入治疗时另取肝静脉血,免疫荧光反应测定血浆Hcy浓度,放射免疫法测定血清维生素B12及叶酸浓度。结果 BCS组肝静脉及肘静脉血Hcy分别为(21.40±9.82)和(20.38±8.40)mmol/L]浓度均高于健康对照组(16.64±5.16)mmol/L],两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BCS组血清叶酸及维生素B12浓度分别为(4.10±1.85)mg/L和(432.48±104.36)ng/L,健康对照组分别为(6.40±1.91)mg/L和(447.60±115.48)ng/L,两组差异无统计学意义。结论青年肝静脉型BCS患者体内存在高Hcy浓度状态,高Hcy浓度状态与体内叶酸、维生素B12浓度无明显相关性。
