肾综合征出血热患者血清新蝶呤水平的测定

目的观察肾综合征出血热(HFRS)时,血清新蝶呤及其他巨噬细胞激活标志物白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化,探讨血清新蝶呤与轻型和重型HFRS病情发展及预后的关系。方法 HFRS患者26例,根据疾病严重程度分为两组,重型HFRS 10例,轻型HFRS 16例;健康对照组20例。所有患者于发病入院后次日清晨空腹静脉采血,分离血清,测定新蝶呤、IL-6的含量。结果重型HFRS患者血清新蝶呤[(32.7±10.6)nmol/L]显著高于健康对照组[(6.2±2.8)nmol/L]及轻型HFRS患者[(10.2±3.0)nmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);重型HFRS组、轻型HFRS组血清IL-6含量分别为(136.2±102.5)pg/L和(90.9±51.8)pg/L,与健康对照组[(110.3±10.4)pg/L]比较显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论重型HFRS患者血清新蝶呤水平升高,说明重型HFRS时,细胞免疫系统激活程度较轻型HFRS时加重,新蝶呤水平与疾病的严重程度呈正相关,检测新蝶呤水平,有助于判断病情的轻重,对早期采取措施、改善预后有重要意义。
