脂肪肝患者血脂血糖及肝功能相关性分析

目的探讨脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖及肝功能损害的相关性。方法对1 512例城镇居民体检的超声、血糖、血脂及肝功能结果进行统计,选择体检中经超声确诊的脂肪肝患者203例,并随机抽取同期体检的非脂肪肝体检者100名作为健康对照组。结果脂肪肝患者组血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、血糖、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶水平分别为(5.65±3.04)mmol/L、(5.85±2.29)mmol/L、(6.45±2.03)mmol/L、(79±69)U/L、(56±25)U/L、(70±20)U/L,健康对照组分别为(1.40±0.60)mmol/L、(4.56±0.79)mmol/L、(5.47±1.23)mmol/L、(27±15)U/L、(25±13)U/L、(34±19)U/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝与高血糖、高血脂及肝功能损害存在一定的关联性。
