血清抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体检测在类风湿关节炎诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清中抗环瓜氨酸肽(抗CCP)抗体和类风湿因子(RF)联合检测在类风湿关节炎(RA)诊断中的意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验和散射比浊法对52例RA患者、35例非RA相关疾病患者和30例健康体检者血清中抗CCP抗体和RF水平进行检测。结果抗CCP抗体和RF在RA患者中的阳性率分别为65.4%和88.5%,明显高于疾病对照组(5.7%和22.9%)和健康对照组(0)(P<0.01),抗CCP抗体和RF联合检测的特异性达98.5%,抗CCP抗体和RF浓度无相关性(P>0.05)。结论抗CCP抗体和RF联合检测可显著提高对RA的诊断特异性,对RA的诊断和治疗有重要意义。

The clinical value of serum anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis
