机械通气患者的情绪障碍及护理策略

目的：探讨机械通气患情绪障碍的原因及表现。方法；根据Gordon的“功能性健康型态”理论，编制“临床心理护理量表”，从自我感知型态、角色型态、应对耐受形态和价值形态4个方面对住入RICU的103例机械通气患进行心理状态评估，作出统计分析。结果：疾病严重和经济负担程度是患产生情绪障碍的主要因素，焦虑和抑郁是情绪障碍的主要表现。结论：护理工作应灵活运用沟通技巧，采取针对性地护理。

Behaviors of Affective Disorder in Patients Using Mechanical Ventilation and Nursing Strategies

Objective Behaviors of affective disorder in patients using mechanical ventilation were investigated and causes were analyzed in an attempt to set up guidelines for clinical nursing of such patients.Methods Psychological status of 103 patients who were using mechanical ventilation in RICU of our hospital in 1999 was analyzed from four sides using the Clinical Psychology Nursing Scale(CPNS) formulated on the basis of Gordon's theory.Results Anxiety and depression were the main behaviors of affective disorder,and severity of the disease and financial stress were the main contributing factors.Conclusion Nurses should learn to use flexible communicating skills to apply appropriate nursing to such patients.
