高频呼吸机氧气接头改造后连接中心供氧的效果评价

摘    要:为探讨高频呼吸机接头改造后连接中心供氧的效果,采取随机双盲方法,将40例慢性呼吸系统疾病伴呼吸功能衰竭的病人分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用改造接头后的高频呼吸机,连接中心供氧装置,对照组连接氧瓶,观察使用呼吸机前和2h后血气分析,结果:两种供氧方法均能提高病人动脉PaO2和SaO2,且无统计学意义;观察组连接呼吸机民需时间明显短于对照组,说明改造后的氧气接头具有较高的临床使用价值。

Abstract:To discuss the efficacy of high frequency respirator connected with central oxygen supply system after junction modification, 40 cases of chronic respiratory diseases complicated with respiratory function failure were divided randomly into both test and control groups via double blind method. Patients in test group had used high frequency respirator with modified junction and connected with central oxygen supply system. Patients in control group had used respirator connected directly with oxygen cylinder. Blood gas analyses both before and 2 h after the utilization of respirator were performed in all patients. Results showed that this two ways of oxygen supply can enhance both arterial blood pressure (PaO 2) and arterial blood oxygen saturation (SaO 2). There is no statistical difference. Nursing staffs spent less time to connect respirator with central oxygen supply system in test group than that to connect the respirator with oxygen cylinder in patients of control group. It denoted that the modified junction have better clinical use value.
