红参对糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管内皮细胞生长因子表达及神经节细胞凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的:通过观察糖尿病(DM)大鼠视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)凋亡及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在视网膜表达的变化.探讨红参对RGCs凋亡及VEGF表达的影响以及后两者之间的关系.方法:链脲佐菌素诱导实验性DM大鼠模型.造模成功的DM大鼠随机分为模型组(n=10)和治疗组(n=10),并与末造模的正常组大鼠进行比较.治疗组以红参粉末灌胃给药,1次/d.TUNEL法检测RGCs凋亡并计数RGCs凋亡数量.LSAB法检测VEGF在视网膜的表达.图像分析仪检测免疫组化的显色强度,定量分析.结果:与正常组相比,DM大鼠RGCs凋亡数量显著增加(P<0.01);与模型组相比,治疗组RGCs凋亡数量显著减少(P<0.05).与正常组相比,DM大鼠视网膜VEGF的表达增强:与模型组相比,LSAB法标记染色的VEGF在治疗组表达减弱.结论:红参能抑制DM大鼠视网膜VEGF的表达,减少DM大鼠RGCs的凋亡,DM大鼠RGCs凋亡数量与VEGF在视网膜表达呈正相关.
