| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理放松疗法对食管支架植入术病人的作用.方法将100例食管支架置入术病人随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采取心理放松疗法护理,对照组给予常规护理.比较两组病人术中紧张、恐惧、痛苦情况及术后并发症发生率.结果两组病人术中紧张、恐惧、痛苦情况及术后并发症的发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).结论心理放松疗法能缓解食管支架置入术病人术中紧张、恐惧心理及术中痛苦程度,降低术后并发症的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the effect of psychogenic relaxation therapy on the esophageal carcinoma patients undergoing esophageal stenting.Methods One hundred patients with esophageal stent were randomly divided into two groups, exprimental group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the experimental group were given relaxation treatment and patients in control group were treated routinely. Comparison was made between the two groups in terms of occurrence of anxiety, fear, suffering and postoperative complications. Results There were significant differences in the occurrence of anxiety, fear, suffering and postoperative complications ( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion Psychogenic relaxation therapy can reduce the anxiety, fear, intraoperative suffering and postoperative complications. |
