| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析２１７ 例直径在０５～２．２ ｃｍ 肾上盏、肾中盏和肾下盏结石患者行体外冲击波碎石（ＥＳＷＬ）的疗效，全部患者经ＥＳＷＬ后一个月及每６～１２ 个月均行Ｘ线检查和临床随访。结果肾上盏结石排净率为７６９％ ，肾中盏结石为６８８％ ，肾下盏结石为８２８％ 。提示ＥＳＷＬ仍是肾下盏结石的可供选择的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the effect of ESWL on renal calyceal stones.Method:Two hundred and seventeen cases of renal calyceal stones with diameters 0.5~2.2 cm treated by ESWL were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were followed up with X ray films one month and 6~12 months after ESWL.Result:The rate of cleaning up of stones was 76.9% in upper calyceal stones and 68.8% and 82.8% in middle and lower calyceal stones respectively.Conclusion: ESWL is a good choice of treatment for calyceal stones. |
