高血压合并焦虑抑郁

目的 观察中老年高血压患者中焦虑抑郁的患病率及焦虑抑郁的相关因素。方法 对丽水市区中老年高血压患者及正常人群进行随机抽样调查，填写焦虑抑郁量表，并进行统计学分析。结果 高血压患者中焦虑症的患病率为11.6％，抑郁症的患病率为15．8％，正常人群中焦虑症的患病率为6．1％，抑郁症的患病率为3．7％。病程≥3年，重度高血压,曾有住院史者抑郁评分更高，而女性，病程≥3年，曾有住院史者焦虑评分更高。逐步回归分析显示高血压程度，住院史，病程与抑郁相关，而性别，住院史，病程与焦虑相关。结论 高血压患者中焦虑抑郁发生率高，女性，病程≥3年，曾有住院史及重度高血压者合并焦虑抑郁可能性较大。

Anxiety or/and Depression in Patients with Hypertension

Objective To determine the prevalence rate of anxiety or/an d depression in middle and old aged patients with hypertension. Methods Self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS) were evalua ted by our investigation team in 891 cases of hypertension and 163 normotensive subject serve d as controls. Results 11.6% of patients was accompanied with anxi ety and 15.8% with depression in middle and old aged patients with hypertension, while the prevalance rate of anxiety and depression in normotensiv e was 61% and 3.7%, respectively. Patients with duration of hypertension more than 3 years, severe hypertension and with the history of hospitalization had higher SDS score. Patients with female gender, duration of hypentension more than 3 years, and hospitalized had higher SAS score. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that the level of blood pressure, duration of hypertension of hypertension more than 3 years, and the history of hospitaliza tion were correlated to depression, and that female gender, duration more than 3 years, and with the history of hospitalization were correlated to anxiety. Conclusion Many middle and old aged patients with hypertension are accompanied with anxiety or/and depression. Patients with female gender, duration of hypertension more than 3 years, severe hypertension and with history of hospitalization are vulne rable to anxiety or/and depression.
