| 摘 要： | 目的探讨本体感觉强化训练对膝骨性关节炎患者的疗效。方法80名膝骨性关节炎患者分为治疗组(41例)和对照组(39例)，两组均给予透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗和等长肌力训练，治疗组另给予本体感觉强化训练。治疗前、后采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分对所有患者进行评定。结果治疗后两组的Lysholm膝关节功能评分均明显提高(P<0.01)，治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)；治疗组的疗效也明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论透明质酸钠关节内注射和等长肌力训练结合本体感觉强化训练可明显加强膝关节功能的改善。
