子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗子宫肌瘤的治疗效果。方法30例症状性子宫肌瘤患者行超选择子宫动脉插管行子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗,阻断肌瘤血供,引起肌瘤缺血、变性、坏死。结果30例患者中25例术前月经异常者,术后肌瘤缩小或消失,月经也得到明显改善;介入前肌瘤平均体积(100.92±12.15)cm3,介入后3个月缩小为(48.78±4.93)cm3,3例肌瘤明显缩小,2例肌瘤缩小和临床症状改善不明显;介入前平均血红蛋白(70.12±13.41)g/L,介入后3个月增加为(113.92±7.71)g/L。结论子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗子宫肌瘤,疗效可靠,恢复快、住院时间短,尤其是微创、可以保持盆腔生殖结构完整性。

Clinical observation of uterine artery embolization(UAE) on 30 cases uterine leiomyoma

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of UAE treating uterine leiomyoma.Methods UAE was performed in 30 patients with symptomatic uterine myoma and blood supply of myoma was obstructed to cause its ischemia,oedema,denaturation and necrosis.Results 0f the 30 patients,25 casses with abnormal menstruation myoma lessened and disappeared after UAE menses also improved obviously;3 cases myoma lessened apparently;only two cases had no distinct changes in size of myoma and clinical manifestation.Conclusion UAE is an effective way for the treatment of uterine myoma with many advantages such as reliable efficacy,good recovery,short admission,especially microsurgery and keeping the intact of pelvical anatomy.etc.
