暴发性心肌炎诊治过程中的心电图表现

目的：了解和探讨暴发性心肌炎的心电图改变。方法观察19例暴发性心肌炎患儿在临床诊治过程中的心电图表现及其变化。结果死亡组心肌缺血、室内传导阻滞、心腔扩大、心律失常发生率均明显高于存活组。室内传导阻滞11例中5例合并持续性肢体导联低电压者均死亡。清晨静脉注射前较静脉注射后ST段抬高、T波倒置明显缓解。结论 暴发性心肌炎患儿心电图表现主要有心肌缺血、室内传导阻滞、心腔扩大、心律失常，治疗时限制静脉入液量以及控制输液速度十分重要。

Electrocardiogram manifestation in process of diagnosis and treatment to fulminant myocarditis

Objective To discuss and understand the changes of electrocardiogram （ ECG ） of fidmlnant myocarditis. Method Observe ECG manifestations in process of clinical diagnosis and treatment to 19 patients of fulminant myocarditis. Results The incident rates of myocardial ischemia, intraventricular block, enlargement of heart cavity and arrhythmias of death group are much higher than survival group. In the 11 intraventricular block patients, there are 5 patients died which was sustained low QRS voltages in the limbs leads. Conclusions The main ECG manifestations of fulminant myocardifis include myocardial ischemia, intraventricular block, enlargement of heart cavity and arrhythmias. It is very important to control the amount and speed of fluid infusion in treatments.
