| 摘 要： | 白念珠菌是一种机会性致病菌,宿主对白念珠菌的识别和免疫应答是其免疫系统与白念珠菌相互作用的结果。树突状细胞在抗白念珠菌感染免疫中起重要作用,可以通过产生不同的细胞因子诱导CD4+T细胞向不同类型的Th细胞分化,从而产生不同的免疫应答,最终影响白念珠菌感染的结局。本文对白色念珠菌的易感性、免疫应答机制及树突状细胞与白念珠菌的联系进行了综述,为进一步研究白念珠菌等感染性疾病的发病机制和治疗提供了新思路。
