慢性硬膜下血肿的临床治疗分析

目的总结慢性硬膜下血肿的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析5年来我院收治的178例慢性硬膜下血肿的诊断、治疗和转归。结果全组行手术治疗:双孔引流87例,单孔引流81例,开10例,术后发现术中置管误入蛛网膜下腔8例,全组治愈出院。结论据CT片中血肿大小、密度、厚度等不同表现而选择不同的治疗方法,可以达到满意的治疗效果,注意多种手术技巧的应用,是减少并发症的关键。

Clinical treatment analysis of chronic subdural hematoma

Objective Summary of the experience in diagnosis and treatment of chronic subduralhematoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 178 cases of chronic subdural hematoma have been diagnosedand treated and the information of following up since 5 years. Results All of 178 cases of chronic subduralhematoma have been operated and the way of operation included 87 cases of bi- pore drainage, 81 cases ofmon- pore drainage and 10 cases of valvotomy. After operation, no other complications except of 8 cases ofducts of drainage that had been mistaken to insert into subarachnoid space had been found. ConclusionsThe choice of the different treatment may achieve satisfactory effect according to the size, denseness andthickness in CT screening and the key to reduce the complications is the skill in the operating.
