左髂静脉受压综合征介入治疗的临床分析

目的探讨左髂静脉受压综合征患者的介入治疗的疗效及安全性。方法32例左髂静脉病变患者采用腔内治疗,其中20例行单纯性球囊扩张,12例球囊反复扩张后置入自膨式Z型支架或Wallstent支架。对合并下肢静脉曲张的患者二期手术治疗。术后随访6～28个月（平均12个月）。结果扩张成功32例,出院时所有患肢疗效良好。术后随访,所有静脉曲张消失、溃疡愈合,14例皮肤色素沉着消失,2例明显减退,11例慢性左下肢肿胀消失,轻度肿胀3例。结论采用介入方法治疗左侧髂静脉压迫综合征,疗效确切,并发症少,可作为临床上治疗此类疾病的首选方法。

Endovascular Treatment of Left Iliac Vein Compression Syndrome
