紫杉醇联合5-氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效

目的探讨紫杉醇联合5-氟脲嘧啶（5-FU）、亚叶酸钙（CF）治疗晚期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法32例晚期胃癌患者均给予紫杉醇175mg／m^2加入5％葡萄糖注射液500mL中3h静脉滴注，第1天；CF200mg加入0．9％氯化钠注射液250mL静脉滴注，第1—3天；5-Fu2600mg／m^2用全自动电脑微量泵46h泵入，第1—2天。3周重复。结果32例患者中，总有效率为43．8％，其中完全缓解（CR）4例，部分缓解（PR）10例，无变化（NC）14例，疾病进展（PD）4例。主要不良反应为：白细胞减少占75．0％，恶心、呕吐占71．9％，脱发占37．9％。结论紫杉醇联合5-FU、CF治疗晚期胃癌有较好的疗效，不良反应可以耐受。

The Effect of Paclitaxel Combined with 5-fluorouracil and Calcium Folinate on Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the curative effect and unhoward reactions of paelitaxel combined with 5-fluorouraeil（5-FU） and calcium folinate（CF） on advanced gastric cancer. Methods Thirty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were all treated with paclitaxel 175 mg/m^2 in 500 mL 5% glucose injection for 3 hours on day 1 ,CF 200 mg in 250 mL sodium chloriae injection on day 1-3,5-FU 2 600 mg/m^2 fully-automatic continuous micropump for 46 hours by pump on day 1-2, repeated for three-weeks. Results Among 32 patients, the overall effective rate was 43.8% ,including 4 cases with complete remission（CR）and 10 cases with partial remission（PR）, 14 cases without any change（NC） ,and 4 cases with disease progress（PD）. The main untoward reactions were declined white blood cell （75. 0%）, Nausea and vomiting （71. 9%）, depilatory （37.9%）. Conclusion The paclitaxel and 5-FU,CF had a comparative good curative effect on advanced gastric cancer and untoward reactions was tolerant.
