乳腺病变术中冰冻切片延迟报告及误诊分析

目的：研究乳腺病变术中冰冻切片诊断中容易延迟报告及误诊的问题,从中探讨其诊断及鉴别诊断的要点,提高病理诊断的准确性.方法：收集我院乳腺病变术中冰冻切片517例,用常规石蜡切片与免疫组织化学方法进行验证,讨论造成延迟报告及误诊的原因.结果：延迟报告14例,占2.71%,误诊4例,占0.77%,乳腺病变术中冰冻切片诊断中有96.51%可以及时准确的发出报告.结论：乳腺病变形态多样,冰冻时间短、取材局限、冰冻切片质量较差是造成延迟诊断和误诊的原因,应加强病理医师及技师理论水平和操作能力,降低延迟诊断和误诊率.

The Analysis of the Misdiagnosis and the Delayed Report During the Cryotomy in Mastopathia Surgery

Objective:In order to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis,the main points of the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis during the cryotomy in mastopathia surgery.Methods:517 cases of mastopathia using the cryotomy in surgery in our hospital were collected,the reasons of the misdiagnosis and the delayed report were studied after the diagnosis was verified with the routine paraffin section and the immunohistochemistry.Results:In all 517 cases,there were 14 cases of delayed report(2.71%) and 4 cases of misdiagnosis(0.77%).Conclusions:For the mastopathia,the diversity of the pathological changes,the short freezing time,the limited material and the bad quality of the section were the main reasons of misdiagnosis and delayed report.So the theoretical and practical levels of the doctors and the technicians should be enhanced.
