| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消化道肿瘤肝转移的手术疗效。方法对经手术切除和病理证实的28例消化道肿瘤肝转移患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果全组无手术死亡,均痊愈出院。随访15例,存活时间9个月~4年。结论对胃肠道肿瘤肝转移患者手术切除应持积极态度,以提高患者术后生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of operation on digestive tumors complicated with hepatic metastases. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on the clinical data of 28 patients with digestive tumors complicated with hepatic metastases pathologically confirmed by surgical resection. Results All the patients left the hospital under the condition of healing up then. The 15 patients who were followed up survived from nine months to four years. Conclusion Gastrointestinal tumors complicated with hepatic metastases should he resected activily in order that the survival rate of the patients can be increased. |
